Description
Every muscle in your body will get some attention in this class. We warm up with a casually-paced sun salutation sequence before we move into a strong standing sequence that will challenge your body and mind. Twists, arm balances, core work, and inversions are in the mix as well. As a general guideline, this class is for people who have practiced yoga for at least 3 months in a row under the guidance of a certified yoga teacher (or comparable experience). Take a child’s pose at any time when you need it!
