About Martin

Hey there, I am Martin. I am associated with YogaAlliance, probably the most widely known yoga association world-wide. I have reached YogaAlliance’s highest level of certification, E-RYT 500, and I am a registered Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). I have been practicing yoga since 2007, teaching yoga since 2011 (more than 12’000 classes) and offering yoga teacher trainings since 2015. I am also a certified Yin Yoga teacher, AcroYoga teacher and massage therapist. You could as well sign up for our upcoming teacher training!” Despite my doubts, he encouraged me do it – which turned out to be the most life-changing experience. I started teaching a lot of classes right away, while still being employed full-time.  As a Psychologist, my job was to run leadership development programs for employees and managers all over the world and I started to incorporate yoga and mindfulness techniques into these trainings, which was very rewarding. I started to feel a strong desire to share my passion for yoga, and wanted to learn as much about it as I could. Two years later, I quit my job and started my own yoga studio …
