Description
Hamstrings flow with almost one hour of continuous vinyasa including three variations of bird of paradise, full vasisthasana and hanumanasana. We finish off with a fun shoulder stand sequence. Please note that this class is not suitable for beginners. As a general guideline, this class is for people who have practiced yoga for at least 6 months in a row under the guidance of a certified yoga teacher. If you have never done headstand before skip this pose.
