Teacher

Martin Becker (E-RYT 500, YACEP, RYS 300, RYS 200, ) is a senior yoga teacher from Basel, Switzerland. Since 2011, he has taught more than 11’000 yoga classes and owns his own yoga studio. He teaches yoga retreats, 200-hour, 300-hour and yin yoga teacher trainings internationally. Martin holds degrees both in Psychology (MSc) as well as in Business Administration (BA). He has taught online courses for adults for more than 10 years, long before the start of the pandemic. He is authorised by YogaAlliance to run online yoga teacher trainings. More >>

  • Get a detailed understanding of the main yin poses and learn the difference between a yin and yang approach to asana
  • Cultivate mindfulness and letting go in your own practice
  • Understand the role of alignment in yin yoga
