Dive deep into the art and science of letting go. Become an expert in the anatomy of the human body, the role of fascia, and the nervous system. Learn the philosophical foundations of Yin Yoga and its impact on the main meridians. Practice how to sequence, teach and modify Yin Yoga poses to restore physical, mental, and spiritual balance in your students.

Martin Becker (E-RYT 500, YACEP, RYS 200, RYS 300) is a senior yoga teacher from Basel, Switzerland. Since 2011, he has taught more than 8’000 yoga classes and owns his own yoga studio. He teaches yoga retreats, 200-hour, 300-hour and yin yoga teacher trainings internationally. Martin holds degrees both in Psychology (MSc) as well as in Business Administration (BA).

  • Understand the different impacts of yin vs. yang yoga on body and mind

  • Get to know the difference between tension and compression, learn to differentiate between the two and understand their role in the individual alignment of students

  • Full payment with registration is required
  • Cancellation more than 3 months before start of training: 100% refund
